We
use a structured approach to the fact finding and analysis leading to the
formulation of strategy and recommendations. These, typically, cover a wide
range of business needs from risk management; the legal environment;
business improvement; procurement and project management and involve a
variety of new technology, hardware, software and telecommunications
infrastructures.
The
consultants working for CAL are not fresh out of business school but are all
seasoned business professionals, with the most experienced having more than
30 years in their relevant fields with an average in the company as a whole
of 15 plus years of experience.
